Cozeware warrants that all our Air Conditioners is free from defective materials and workmanship. The warranty periods vary by product and begin from the date of delivery. Within the first 30 days after receipt, you will enjoy our Worry-Free Return Policy. Beyond that, we will still provide effective service within the warranty period.


If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Cozeware will offer a refund, a replacement of the affected part(s) or a comparable piece of equal value and similar style. This warranty covers the replacement or refund of any product or part that exhibits a manufacturing or material defect not resulting from normal wear and tear or inherent characteristics of the materials used.

WARRANTY DEFINITION

This Cozeware Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to Cozeware air conditioners. The warranty becomes void if the unit is used under any of the following conditions:

-Misuse

-Abuse

-Negligence

-Purchase from an unauthorized reseller

-Loss or theft of the physical product

-Damage caused by natural events (including but not limited to floods, fires, or storms)

-Damage resulting from incorrect operation, improper installation, or inadequate maintenance

 

Proper care and correct usage are essential to maintaining your rights under this warranty. Cozeware’s determination regarding any defects in workmanship or materials is final and conclusive. Any refund, repair, or replacement will be provided solely at Cozeware’s discretion. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined above.

 

WARRANTY SERVICE

Any claims will have to be emailed to service@Cozeware.com, attached with photos of defects, and the order number.


Cozeware will provide replacement parts or a reasonably equivalent item as a replacement for any product defects. In case of replacement, Cozeware cannot guarantee that you will receive exactly the same piece. If your piece is no longer available, a comparable piece of equal value and similar style will be substituted. No cash refund is available and in no case shall Cozeware be liable for more than the purchase price of the air conditioner or for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to your state. Proof of purchase is required to exchange merchandise or receive warranty service. If any item is repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty, it will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
