Really happy with my aircon. If you're familiar with DIY stuff, putting it together isn't too difficult. I ended up having an HVAC guy come out to pull a vacuum on the lines for a perfect installation. If you're thinking of doing your own install, watch a bunch of videos first so you know what you're getting into.

The installation process itself was straightforward. The part that took the longest was running a dedicated line from my breaker panel, but that was expected. I was lucky that my run was not too long, though drilling through studs and patching afterward did take some time. The actual unit installation was simple and smooth. The included remote is really nice, and I appreciated that batteries were already included. It is a small detail but a thoughtful one. I mounted the outdoor condenser above my garage door. Keep in mind that outdoor wall mounts are not included. If you plan to wall mount the condenser, I highly recommend buying an outdoor condenser drain line to divert water away from doors or walkways. I also plan to add an outdoor outlet cover for the hoses to keep everything protected and give it a cleaner finish. Overall, this unit looks great, works incredibly well, and feels like a quality product.
